After all the gripes, complaints and general misery, yet another swell surprise awaits. Units are being rented out for Section 8 housing. There has been an increase in burglaries, vandalism, unsupervised children, loud noise, assaults, you name it since the summer of 2005 started. Parking is a free for all now, with doors getting keyed, dents mysteriously appearing and gas being stolen. And yet, the homeowners dues are constantly going up to pay for all of these fine qualities. Oh did I mention the walls are so thin, through supposedly fire wall material, you can hear your neighbors while they are sitting on the toilets' Makes for a grand day.

You can check out some of these complaints and find the truth. Homeowner dues have not gone up in well over five years. Police reports show that crime is down and that Ridgeline is less than average. Each unit has one assigned covered parking space and additional spaces are available. There are 192 individually owned units in Ridgeline and a few have had section eight tenants.
