Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Maintenance very slow in getting around to repairs.



Management lost notice to move out paperwork, resulting in a substantial amount of fees.



Pool unavailable during summer months. Repairs of it was very very slow.

Absolutely, NO RETURN DEPOSIT no matter how clean the apartment is.
