I agree with the previous comments about the children. There is no controlling them. I moved here in August 2005 and still have maintenance problems with the apartment. I have made several requests to the office to no avail. Megan, the bleached out property manager, has contacted me twice since I moved here in response to my calls. Each time she called, she is very unfriendly. If you want to have a place to come home to that you are proud of do not move here. The apartments are 100 years old with a few upgrades that don't make a difference.

I found a dead bird in my apartment and it took maintenance three days to come out. When they came out they indicated on my service order that there was NO bird. Yeah, right, like I would sit in an apartment with a dead bird.

I also still have a spot on my downstairs bedroom ceiling that I noted on my move-in form. You ask if it has been addressed' N-O!

The maintenance problems with this place would take me all day to explain. Due to the venue, I only have a short amount of time.

Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else!

Are you serious? It's not a maintenance problem that a bird flew into your town home...but b/c you can't write a bad review to Mother Nature you have to take it out on them??? Not fair!

You called maintenance about a DEAD BIRD? HEY, that's what trash cans are for! Throw the goddamned thing away in the trash and take it to the dumpster! You let it sit there for three days as you waited on them to come out? Unless you are morbidly obese and have become one with your sofa, then GET OFF YOUR ASS AND THROW IT OUT YOURSELF! How do people as stupid and as lazy as you even function in society? Do you call maintenance to wipe your rear-end as well, or when you can't figure out how to turn on the faucet? IDIOT!
