NOT A FAMILY COMMUNITY---DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS...

First of all, this community is a 2-3 bedroom townhome community. A vast majority of people living here are families. HOWEVER... The management has made it clear that the kids are not allowed to play outside. My son is a skateboarder and bike rider, both of which are healthy activities/sports. Yet this is not allowed in this community. IT IS OK for teens to walk around and sell dope, smoke dope and bully small children though. While my son is skateboarding or biking, he is not damaging anything, he is not doing anything illegal nor is he hurting anyone else. On the flip side, these gang memebers here are allowed to walk around in groups, smoke dope, sell dope, bully young children, get into fights and write gang graffiti on the fences. In any other housing community, kids are seen riding their bikes, skateboarding and doing other healthy activities. Yet here that is not allowed. We have a wonderful constable here that rides around in his car watching for kids skating or riding their bikes, yet he neglects or ignores the gang activity going on right around the corner or right there blatantly in his face. This police officer's ethics are negligable or incompitent at best... So I advise you if you have a family, do not move to Rosemeade Townhomes. They are not family friendly. They embrace gang activity.

She is correct. The office is very unfriendly and does not allow kids to be seen outside. Especially black kids! If black kids are spotted outside, they are considered gang members and reported to the onsite renta-cop. This is a miserable community and I would definitely not advise moving here. They're overpriced and the maintenance is AWFUL! I asked them to fix my dishwasher and I received a microwave.
