Branch Hollow has Been SOLD!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I loved living here right up until the 28th of last month. Rosemeade Townhomes bought us and they are terrible, terrible people. They have decided to come in and remodel cause all our homes to be trashed and now they are going to raise the rent 100.00 a month. DO NOT move here or to Rosemeade Townhomes - these people do not care about their residents.
