I have been at the Tallows for 2 years and I don't have many complaints.
I live toward the back of the property and my opinion is they definitely are more concerned with the appearance of the front area by the office.
Once, someone had thrown an entire water heater out into the 'yard' and it sat there for weeks.
Sometimes, people leave huge peices of furniture that the trash people won't pick up and they will just sit there for a long time.
The plumbing needs work in the entire property, I'd bet.
Once, we had an ant problem that we had to live with for quite a few days, before they could get someone out.
The windows have poor sealings and it makes for a very high electricity bill.
Also, I think the rent they charge is too much for an older property.
That's why my husband and I are moving, we found a bigger apartment for around $100 cheaper.
Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend this property.
