The staff at the Tallows is awesome, and the maintenance is great, when I have a work order it gets done before I get home. The Girls in the office are friendly and they care about your concerns, I have lived elsewhere in Carrollton and I have to say that I was missing out on professionalism when I lived elsewhere. The grounds are impeccable which shows how much they care.
I plan on renewing my lease for at least the next 3 years until I buy another home, until then I will call the Tallows my home sweet home. live here you wull not regret it.

Please God, people don,t make my stupid mistake. I dont know whats wrong with me. I must love punishment. I have been here, since 2001, and it just keeps getting worst. First I guess money is tight with (the owners of tallows http://www.tiptongroup.com/about.php). I havent seen a pest man, in about 2 years.
