The property was great when we moved here. With the latest management change and turn over of the maintenance staff things seem to be sliding. This can be seen by the way that the staff handles complaints.
The socioeconomic mix of residents has seen a decline toward the lower end of the scale.
After 4 year here it has gotten to the point that 3 of the 8 families in my building are planning to leave within the next 6 months.
That should be a red flag if you are looking here.
