The residents who are claiming incompetience and and bad management/maintenance, must be the ones who are the bad residents. I have lived here for years and NEVER HAD SEEN SUCH AN IMPROVEMENT with any of the changes. Those who are complaining must be the ones who are now being forced to pick up your trashm pick up your dog crap and to stop living like trailer trash on your patios. So give it up and PLEASE MOVE ON, YOU WILL ONLY BE DOING THE REST OF US A FAVOR.

No I am not a bad resident, I mine my business, pay the rent before time, have no trash or pets, I just want everything I pay for to work, when its 85 degrees in apt and air runs all the time, its broke.
