I live here and I have to agree with the last comment. There are such things as bad residents. If you have spiders, get pest control! I never reject the pest control and I never have a problem with bugs. And as far as the maintenance goes, I get it done usually the same day maybe the next, but just as with any other business, the earlier the better! The girls in the office are as sweet as can be! To get respect you have to give it! Every day I leave for work I see the guys cleaning the grounds and the pool. And the plants are so pretty! I never have any problems with anybody else that lives here. My neighbors are very good friends of mine. I don't plan on moving anytime soon. If you live here and you refer a friend here you get money. It's definately a great place to call home!

Please God, people don,t make my stupid mistake. I dont know whats wrong with me. I must love punishment. I have been here, since 2001, and it just keeps getting worst. First I guess money is tight with (the owners of tallows http://www.tiptongroup.com/about.php). I havent seen a pest man, in about 2 years.
