Dear Rodney Jared, This is Tiffaney, the assistant manager at the Tallows. Reading over your comments about our staff and community, I would just like to see if there is anything that you need. We are under the impression that your a/c is fixed and we do not have any outstanding work orders for your apartment; is this not the case? If there is anything that we can do for you, please let us know. We assumed that you were satisfied since you recently renewed your lease here at the Tallows but none of the things you wrote mentioned that. We would love for you to be happy here. We do have a new office staff and we think you will see a great reflection of that. We are here for you if you need us and we would like to change your mind about the Tallows. Tiffaney, I just saw this post and I wanted to tell you that since you posted it makes it difficult to believe any of the positives since it could be you and your staff writing and not tenants. Also, I think you should be signing in as a worker. I don't think this a forum to talk with the residents of your community, but a forum for residents to post THEIR feelings to future residents. And I don't believe future residents are going to appreciate you handling your business that way. you're supposed to be professional and handle your things privately. Maybe then they would respect you and post positive messages. I know you lost me, and I saw someone else you lost on another post for the same reason. Hope it was worth it.
