I've lived here for three months now and was ready to move after one. The demo apartment I viewed was great, naturally, but the apartment I'm actually in is a wreck. There were so many things wrong with the apartment when I moved in - many of them simple things that were easily fixed, but it seems they didn't waste the time. I informed the office of them all when I moved in, but of course nothing was done. The building itself seems to lean causing some doors to fly open and others not to close properly. My front door is so crooked that I can see outside clearly while the door is shut. I had to have the keyless deadbolt replaced in March because it simply wouldn't unlock and I had to exit via the patio door. I called maintenance first thing in the morning letting them know I was locked in my apartment. Six hours, and many angry phone calls, later they finally fixed it. Now that the weather has changed, it's sticking again and the doorknob has fallen off. Again, I called first thing in the morning. It's now 4:30pm and there's no sign of the maintenance man. This is absurd and if at all possible I will break my lease and move as soon as possible.

However, we do not have any outstanding work orders for you so we are a little unlcear on your dissatisfaction with our community. Please let us know if there is anything you need or anything we can do for you. We want our residents to enjoy their stay here and we actually can not do anything about the things we don't know about. We would much rather be able to make you happy than for you to break your lease since that would cost you so much unnecessary money. We are here if you need us. Thanks so much!! Tiffaney

Just wanted to let you know tiffany, That because of your post I have decided not even to look at your apartments. It shows that you'd rather fight with your tenants albeit in a passive aggresive way through the internet. You should have responded by talking to her directly. Just thought you should know.

Please God, people don,t make my stupid mistake. I dont know whats wrong with me. I must love punishment. I have been here, since 2001, and it just keeps getting worst. First I guess money is tight with (the owners of tallows http://www.tiptongroup.com/about.php). I havent seen a pest man, in about 2 years.
