I should have looked online before moving here.
1.

Parking, very bad, run down, broken cars,
out of date stickers, people repairing, changing oil in lot for us to step in.
2 Noise level, full of screaming unattended children, where are the parents, dont they know
sex offenders live here' Lots of homeless
cats running around, with the other tenents actually putting out bowls of food and water
for them.

I dont get it'

Grounds, beer cans, trash, diapers, in the lot, and besides the dumpsters.

Why'
4.

Safety outside flood lights usually burned out, they say they are understaffed to fix them.

Then hire some people, can we say ( cheapskates)
5.

Construction, very poor, you can sometimes hear rats in the walls, nasty birds, everywhere pooping, and making nests everywhere, ( thats another thing they are too busy to address.
6.

maintaince people, very poor, couldnt fight there way out of a wet paper sack.
7.

office staff, before you sign the lease,
they are your best friends, after signing, they will treat you like scum.
8.

overall, worst place I have ever lived,
not to mention, the swimming pool.

I
dont know how those poor people who live around it can stand it, its full of nasty
unattended kids, and non residents, god
only knows what they do in the water.
I have never stepped foot in it.
I have found a new place, and moving this week.
God have pity on anyone who is thinking of The Tallows
