After reading nasty reviews regarding "The Tallows", I have a few things to say.
First of all, to all the tenats who wrote the nasty reviews, "SHAME ON YOU! You point a finger at anyone, just remember the other 4 fingers are pointed at YOU!"
I have lived in the Tallows since 1998 and I have never regreted my decision to take up residence here.
The Staff is warm and welcoming at The Tallows and the Staff puts up with more whining and trivial crap than I ever would!
The parking is ample, regardless of what is said by those who might have to walk an extra 5 feet to their door!
The upkeep of the grounds is excellent...but then...you have those that evidently want to see dead grass, flowers and shurbs in the winter, so they whine because the winter rye and landscape is watered.
As to those tenats who say that my place of residence is horrible... I say, "I am glad you are gone or you are leaving. Please point your nasty remarks and fingers to yourself, then try living in the real world.
In the reeal world, any problem can be addressed and most often is resolved, by those that take the time to do so." The Tallows Staff always takes the time to do just that!
Kudos to "The Tallows Staff" and thanks for your outstanding grace, kindness, patience and detication to all your tenats!

What world are you living on. It sure isn,t this one. Where to begin 1. non running cars, with out of date stickers everywhere, people messing me parking lot, changing oil, ETC. 2. office people the rudest people, if thats what you want to call them. 3. rats, and trash everywhere, my next door neighbor has about 9 months of trash on his patio, in bags, I see rats all the time. office people really dont care, people carry there trash to the dumpsters , but dont make the effort to put into dumpster. 3. noise brats running around everywhere, screaming at the top of there lungs. office people dont care. 4. I have a 1 bedroom, electric in summer runs around $270.00. Winter heat runs about $200.00 5. Drug deals in the parking lot , yes I have watched it happen. 6. I have also seen a lot of people from the neighbor, who use our dumpsters, for their trash, and digging around looking for stuff. I started bring my personal mail and stuff to work to shread. I dont need Identify thief to happen to me. 6. there is only one lady I have ever seen, god bless her soul, carry a bag to pick up after her dog when she walks it. Everyone else just lets their pets go where they want. Usually on the sidewalks right in front of the buildings, looks like horses have been grasing. 7. A lot of stray cats and dogs running around, office people say its not their problem, when I called the Carrollton animal catcher, he says its not his problem either. They might go away if it wasent for the foolish people here setting out bowls of food and water. When someone gets bite and gets rabies, something might get done, but I doubt it. 8. nasty pigeons all over the tops of the building. Doing what they do best, making a unhealthy, nasty mess, office people say its not their problem. An easy problem to solve if they wanted too. 9. I have been here around 5 years, and every year, my AC has to be worked on, one summer took the guys about 7 trips to get it working. But since the office was nice and cool, they didnt care about my AC. 10. Leaking ceilings in my place every year, made some bad spots in my carpet, I got so tired of hearing that it want their problem I quit complaining. 11. I could go on, but its just easier just to get out of this rat trap in May 2007. when my lease ends.

whatever, i liked living there. good times in the tallows.. you cant conrtol the birds.
