We have lived here for 6 months and we like it. We did have some problems when we moved in, ants, and it took them a while to get rid of them. They ruined 3 bags of dog food but they did reimburse me for those. There are children that are loud, but if you live in a complex with children you will deal with that. Parking is pretty bad in some places, like by our apartment. Our electric bill is not outrageous, yes it is high but we have never had anything higher than $190...and we have had some as low as $70 and we are in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome.
