We moved here two years ago and have been been amazed that this complex just continues to go down hill. The corporate team, management team, and the maintanence team are the worst "team" I have ever dealt with. It has taken up to 60 days to get minor repairs done. Some we are still waiting on being repair after 2 years. Mangement doesnt care and wont call you back. I have never completely felt safe here, but over the course of the last 6 months I wont even leave my apartment after dark without my husband. There are strays everywhere, trash all over the ground at the dumpster, and dog crap everywhere because no one picks it up (which my dog has been seriously ill twice due to that problem). We definately will not be renewing our lease, or ever renting from the Tipton Group again.
