My wife and I have lived here for the last 4 years.

The rent has steadily been rising (faster recently), but it has always been market price.

The office staff is usually very nice, but there have been some rotten eggs up there.

We have a lady that lives upstairs from us that we absolutely cannot stand.

She has 2 very rambunctious boys that run back and forth all day long across the living room.

When we first moved in, I went up there and politely asked her if they could keep it down as we had a newborn baby trying to sleep.

She was rude and told me she didn't have to.

They could do whatever they wanted.

A few minutes later, the kids were jumping up and down in one spot for the next 30 minutes.

The apartment staff has done everything they can to stop her short of evicting her, but they have for the most part been unsuccessful.

Most of the neighbors are friendly and the maintenance staff is great.

Lonnie is a wonderful person and always has a smile and a wave ready for everyone.

There are lots of kids around (around 10-12 years old) and most of them seem to be good kids.

We have had a couple smashed tail lights due to balls being thrown, but that can happen anywhere.

My truck was broken into about 3 years ago, but again that could happen anywhere.

Overall, this is a decent place to live.

We would not have stayed had it not been.

We are moving in about 2 months, but not because we are unhappy.

I need a garage so we are moving to a rent house.

If you are on a tight budget, I would have no problem recommending this place as long as you know what you are getting into.
