I've lived here for two years. Management has gotten worse. When I moved here two years ago it was great. Now they don't pay attention and many people who don't live here or visiting people who live here are crowding the pool and trashing the property. Kids run all over the parking lot and drive way areas unattended. I am not renewing another lease and I try to tell anyone I know who may be thinking about moving in here not to.

I have been here a little over a year and can't say enough about the positive changes that have taken place in the last six months...the grounds always look immaculate and it's such a pleasure talking with the staff. They are so positive and eager to assist with work order requests I may have. I highly recommend The Tallows!

I would much rather have the buildings be updated than them spending as much as they do on landscaping every season, planting expensive flowers and ripping them out at the end of the season does not make me feel that they are using the money on the best updates.

the only positive reviews on these threads are obviously made by the office staff -- what a joke, the people who actually live here -- hate it! The only people who talk about "positive changes" are the staff who nobody here likes and don't do their job by not keeping the drug dealers off the property -- the "families" of 43 who keep the actual residents from being able to enjoy the pool or even just keeping the pool clean and open. The Tallows used to be a great complex and this money grubbing staff let anyone move in here just to try and keep it full.

this place has gotten worse!!!! Terri is a very RUDE person! I went in to ask her how the water bill works and she didnt have the time to explain it to me. All she did was hand me a piece of paper that is from the company that does the water bill and it still didnt tell me how it is arrived at the fees. One month my bill will be 25.00 then the next month it will almost 30.00. Its the same # of people in my apt. and the same size apt. So whats the deal?? I have just signed my 3rd lease, and now i WISH I HADNT, this place is a JOKE!!! I finally got them to give me a new frig and it took them 1 year to fix the oven door that didnt close. You cant take your grandchildren to the pool due to the drunks out there and then you find them having sex in the pool, late at night, when the pool should of been closed at 10pm. I have a neighbor upstairs that all she does is yell at her husband, boyfriend whatever he is, to get the hell out. He doesnt work and stays drunk 24-7. I cant keep my window open when the weather cools off, due to her annoying voice yelling to get the F out of her house. I have told the office many many times about them and have they done anything about it- Hell NO! I will not renew another lease there and i sure the hell hope all you others think twice about living in the hell whole!!
