If you want a place to live that is johnny on the spot about you and your living, DONT GO TO THE TALLOWS, The manager there is rude, disrespectful and ignorant. Some of the staff is ok. They do not fix things they patch it up. The rest is outrageous and the apt are not that great. There is something major going on with the water underground all the time and kids do not have a safe place to play, but in the streets. They allow broken down cars to sit in the parking lot and the security is no where to be found. I would rather live in Eden Tree or Frankford townhomes before i think to stay at the Tallnos. Take it from me and they do not like to give you back your deposit and keep it. And she charges you 1.00 to fax at the so called business center and the two machine weight room is 25.00 and the bootleg carports are 50.00. and there is always a million ppl at the pool and pot holes everywhere...

What is that you find ridiculous? PREENDING? I am not familiar with that word? I am quite sure that if I were a member of the office staff that I would have posted anonymously. At the end of the day opinions vary and I am happy with my home and the way I am cared for at the Tallows. The part of this I find RIDICULOUS is that someone may miss out on a great home based on these ratings and if they take the time to ACTUALLY REVIEW all of the posts for Tallows they will see that they are 90% jbrandee user name. One person brining down the rating of a great apartment, Sad! Sad! Sad! If you have moved out then move on and give someone else the opportunity to share their experience.

isn't it ridiculous that the office staff gets on here preending to be a resident... I just moved out of there after 6 years and got ALL of my deposit back because I did the walk through with a video camera -- people come on here to vent because THEY HAVE A REASON TO VENT -- the manager IS rude and she probably just doesn't like hearing the people call her out on it. If you don't want people to talk bad about your property then treat your residents nicely, stop nickle & diming everyone -- fix the crap that breaks, clean up the parking lot of broken down cars and clear the pool of the "guests" that don't live there. The Tallows is an older property but for the most part it was a nice place to live -- but that manager is rapidly running it to the ground, and that's really sad.
