Management is the biggest problem at this complex. They seem helpful at first, until you sign the lease. Then, if you bring a problem to their attention, they are unhelpful, rude and sometimes combative. For example, there are many problems with the hot water, especially in the winter, and the cold water is extremly warm in the summer. The safety of the tenants is obviously the last priority at this complex. Many safety issues that have been brought to the management team's attention have been ignored or "patched up" without solving the real problem. A courtesy officer is supposedly on property but is rarely, if ever, seen. There is continually loud music outside or from other apartments and groups of teens and young adults can be seen hanging out in the parking lot at all times of the day and night. Basically, this is not the place to be if you value comfort, respect or safety.
