I recently moved here in February and signed a 6 month lease, before this apartment complex i have moved from several others because i HATED them, this is BY FAR the best one i have lived in. The prices are affordable, and they are actually NICE for what you are paying.
The community is great, my boyfriend dropped his wallet and it stayed there over night (in the rain), the next morning someone knocked on my door and brought it to him WITH EVERYTHING STILL IN IT! Also, i left my lights on and someone came and knocked on my door and told me they were on! There are ducks and rabbits all over the apartment complex and the landscaping is great! I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone.
The management also treats you like family.
I dont think the hot water is an issue anymore, i havent had any problems with it since February, so everything is perfect and i WILL be signing another lease :-)
