I lived at this complex back about 3 yrs ago. At that time, when my boyfriend and I moved in it was great. Not much crime, the complex was kept nice, the people in the complex itself were nice and the management did their jobs. About 6 months after I moved in, things started going downhill. First the apartment manager and 2 of the original leasing agents left. Then the complex actually qualified for Section 8 housing and started letting just anyone move in. The 7/11 located directly behind the complex kept getting robbed by teenagers that actually lived in our complex. Guests of residents kept pushing the security access gates off of the tracks in the front so the gates were never closed. Security became really lazy and it was a nightly occurance for Dallas police to get called to the complex. My boyfriend and I at the time had a first floor pool side apartment and on 2 different occasions I had huge rocks thrown through my sliding glass patio doors! And when we called the emergency maintnance line to get someone out there to fix it, we were told by the maintnance guy that we would have to wait until in the morning because he couldn't find his shoes. Couldn't find his shoes!!! What kind of BS is that!!! Now Im not sure how the complex is now but from my research things have not gotten much better. People be wise out there and dont move here.

yea that sounds right I lived there in 04 and it was a PIT in hell. crime, mgmt sucked, dirty, ect. oh and section 8 NICE hahahahahahhah

You guys are thinking of a different apartment because there is no 711 behind the complex....I think you mean trinity SQUARE apartments....plus they dont accept section 8
