First off, within the first month of living here someone stole the front tire off my car. A couple months later, the swat team busted in to the building next door, with a full on assualt, breaking all the windows in the front and the back of the place. Many residents here like to sit out side and smoke pot and drink 40's. Many times I would come home from work to see people in broad daylight smoking pot in their cars and playing load music for hours. Often, I would watch nearby tenants conduct drug deals in plain sight. This was such a problem, that management asked me if I noticed anything strange, because they said fellow residents were too scared to report it. The cops were in the apartments almost every other night. Needless to say, my room mates and I, did not feel safe.
The apartment on the inside was pretty nice, however do not be fooled. From the very first day, the place was infested with roaches. Roaches were in every room, and every place imagineable. The apartments even sent people to spray for bugs a couple times, yet the bugs prevailed. Its not that we left food out or anything, we kept the place clean and tidy. If you ever have a problem or repair that needs attention, do not count on it for at least a month. Everything was wearing out the faucet handles in the bathrooms and showers, the toilets, and the blinds. Parking here is a nightmare. There is never any parking because visitors take up the spots including covered reserved parking.
The leasing agents are pretty nice. However, when it comes to receiving deposits back and such, do not count on it because they will send you and circles. Overall, in my opinion, I would never recommend anybody move here or waste your time even checking out. Drive down the road a couple more blocks and you will be a million times more satisfied, and save yourself a headache.

I lived here during this time and none of that went on. I think you are confused, or possibly bitter? Did you get evicted or something because there is no one sitting outside smoking pot and drinking 40s so get over yourself.

and how bout one of my closet doors came completely off more than twice, I'm not even going to say it came off the hinges, part of the door was still on the hinges but the rest of the door came unglued where I guess its been broken off before (there wasn't a crack or anything on it). Thats a wierd problem to have.

I agree completely, I've been there for over a year and I've had to call the cops on my neighbors more than once because the smell of pot got so bad, if I opened my windows, my kids got high!
