I have lived her for a year and a half and I love it. I have never had a problem with roaches or things not getting fixed. Sometimes there is noise from the parking lot but come on people it's an apartment not your own secluded mansion. I'd like to find one apartment that doesn't have noise or loud music at some point. The girls in the office are really nice and everytime I have seen them they always say hi to you and you'd be amazed at how many people they call by thier name. Some people just get pissy and want to complain about something. that's human nature, people get pissed because they did something wrong and got called out. If you are doing something against your lease and you get caught, that's your problem. Not the people doing thier jobs. Grow up and get over it.
