Nice, Quiet, and Quaint

I lived at The Villas of Josey Ranch for a little over a year. The office staff was always very helpful and friendly. The apartments are decent for being a bit old, but I think the rent price is fair. It's a small complex but even so, it is typically quiet. My only complaints are: #1 most of the patios are shared, and #2 There were always 10 million kids in the pool.
Other than that, I was very pleased with the property and would reccommend it to anyone!
