I have lived here for a long time and it used to be nice and quiet. Management rents to thugs and gang members.
Police come out on a regular basis.
It is no longer "quiet and quaint".
First of all, it's located next to the train tracks so there's a train whistle going off every few hours.
They charge exorbitantly for water and gas, even though we use no gas.
I hate it here and look forward to leaving.
