I've lived here for almost 3 years and everything was o.k. until they raised my rent 2 times in 1 year, so I went to month to month basis. Too much noise caused by the train that runs 24/7 365 about 10 times a day, you can hear your neighbor like if they were in the same room, parking is hard to find at night, assistant management girls is rude and hardly knows what to do. Maintenance is not good, the had to resurface my bathtub and I couldn't use it for 1 1/2 weeks, some neighbor ran into my window with her car and no repairs have been made, it has been exactly 1 week and it is still boarded up so I can only use the living room, bed, kitchen and bathroom because the dinning area has to be fixed.
The remodel units they are announcing are actually same cabinets(OLD Cabinets) with new cabinet doors, be sure to check for that, Also counter tops have simply been painted over, too many patches covering holes in the wall. Front doors are all beat up.
There was a severe leak in the utility room and damaged what I had stored there.
I constantly have to call maintenance to fix things. Carpet is old and they will not change it.
oohhh! also, we had rats in the building. Sucks here, don't move here!
