Don't keep to their word

I move to VJR because I fell in love with the apartment, but the management turned me off. They did not hold to their word of the 24-hour maintenance agreement and I went without a major appliance being fixed for months. The noise was a little much. There is a train close that goes through about 2am, but you get used to it. I agree - a little unsafe.
