We have been in these apartments for a few months now and have repeatedly had problems with mainenance issues. Either they never come out or several weeks later the problems are still not fixed. Not getting answers from management. They were poliet and helpful until the day we moved in. The buildings are "shifting" because of bad foundation.... We have trouble opening several of the doors in the apartment now and they claim nothing can be done about it. We have had a leak from our ceiling since April, on the ground floor at that''' After repeated requests for repairs it is still not fixed and no idea now when it will be done. Many of our maintenance requests have gone unheeded. We also have had severe problems with insects. Upon a bedroom becoming completely swarmed with ants we were told we would have to wait nearly 2 weeks for terminators to come out. With tchildren this is a problem. The didnt come spray for over 3 weeks. And the problems continue. Like i have read on other apartments they want rent on the first but it takes months to get things repaired if they ever do get done' Is this fair'' Would not recommend this complex.
