Previously I lived here from 1988 to 1990. I was transfered to Ft.Worth and had to relocate. I have been back since 1997. I have always enjoyed living at these apartments. I have not seen floor plans like these before they look like small homes and not apartments. The office staff has always made me feel like a person and not a dollar figure or apt number. The maintenance is always fast and repairs are done right. The service is great. All apartments have things that need repair, just like a house you owned would, however I know many people that live here and no one has ever said they're unhappy or wished they didn't live here. Most of the people here have been here for years! Even all of the staff live here. That's RARE! You can pay rent anywhere, but you can only feel at home when you actually like coming home to the complex you live in. I have lived in apartments since 1982 and I must say that I love this community and will continue to call it home. I know many residents have told their friends about Waterford and I have too. They're the best!
