I have lived in this complex for almost a year. My lease is up soon and I'm running for the hills! The first two months I lived in my apartment, my kitchen sink overflowed 3 times! I work long hours and by the time I get home, the office is closed, so anytime I make a maint. call, it's after hours. All three times I had to stay up until after midnight while the worked on it. Finally, the third time (after I suggested it the second time) they called Roto Rooter! My thermostat had problems! It took several calls to get that fixed and it still blows a breaker at least once a week. I actually had one maint. man tell me I needed to find another place to live if I was unhappy. YOU BET I WILL! They also recently changed management in the office. Ever since then, the quality of people they have rented to has gone down hill! I've had to call the police twice due to teenagers hanging out and making noise at the pool after hours. I even have teenagers asking my 8 year old if she would go ask me for a cigarette! One older man in our complex (which I have complained about to the point that I've given up) asked my daughter and her friend if THEY wanted something to smoke! For the safety of my daughter...I am OUT OF HERE!
