I like living here, but all the construction is getting ridiculous. They repainted last year, and the painters dripped black paint everywhere which we track onto our carpets. Now the city is tearing out a water main, which is annoying, but necessary. The dust is driving me nuts! It's all over our cars, our shoes, everything! I love this place, but the property is just too old and needs too much work. It is also priced comparatively to newer properties... They should probably take that into consideration and lower the rents.
