I've lived here for almost a year now. I've enjoyed it and would recommend it for the value. I was the first to live in my apartment and it is nice and well put together. It's all pretty new and i was one of the first to move in the complex.
I've seen it go down a bit in the past year. It's starting to get a little trashy. Esp. around the pool in the summer. I used to cook out on their grill every night. The upkeep has been pretty bad of the pool area. I opened the grill a few months ago to find a giant rat eatting remains on the grill. It scared me half to death and I will NEVER use it again! Neighbors can be noisy at times.
I would likly stay and recommend, but I'm moving to uptown for more of a social scene. Carrollton is a little sleepy. The staff is super quick to respond to problems. Parking is great. Seems secure. Location is nice and central. Easy access to tollway and GB turnpike. Pretty nice for cheap rent.
