I am currently a resident who visited the site to write a negative comment about another complex and decided to write one about this one. I have lived here almost 7 months and I have not had any rat problems nor problems with the office staff. The only negative comment I have is in reguards to the golf course next door and they do try to aim for the apartments, I have in on film! They have hit my apartment 6 times in 7 months and that has just been while I was home...I would not move because of that and if I was not buying a new home we would renew our lease. The apts. are beautiful and if you pay your rent on time everything is great!
