I have been a resident at Westbridge for 3 years plus and overall it has been a great experience. The only problem I had was a neighbor who was unruly and nasty about throwing cigarettes on my truck below their balcony.

Other than that issue, I found the property to be beautiful, well maintained, clean, and well constructed. The apartment I have is one of the larger units, and it well appointed with mini blinds, vertical blinds, crown molding, elegant faucets, very nice carpet, super high quality appliances and much more. Parking is spacious, at least on my side of the community, the welcome center/office has internet access, computers, printer, fax, an excellent workout area, beautiful pool, and gorgeous landscaping as well.

The staff is very nice, very courteous, and I would say 99% attentive to any need I ever had. I am moving to a house, but if I were to remain in an apartment, I would stay at Westbridge for the duration. I consider it highly recommended.

My apartment was rated at $1,350 per month including garage, but I receive almost $400 a month in discounts for signing a 1 1/2 year lease. 2 free months of rent, and in three years, never an increase in rent. WOW.
