Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
We've been there for over 2 years and find it to be a great place to live.
Pros:
The office staff is very nice and it's a good location (close to Restaurant Row, 190, and 35).
Cons:
The community doesn't have many social events unfortunately and it lacks the friendly vibe.
Sometimes the floor tiles come up in the kitchen which can be irritating.
There was some issue with cars being stolen/broken into, but that was just a few incidents and it was months ago now. It is a gated community.
Our only recommendation is to choose an apartment away from the trash compactor. Sometimes residents pile their bags outside the compactor--it's not pretty and it stinks!!
