I moved in not too long ago and I felt like they didn't even try to get my apartment ready. Dirt and dust in the cabinets. Carpet didn't look new let alone cleaned. They do allow pets because everywhere I walked moving in I stepped in dog poop. It takes about a week to get your work order to get done. I will keep you posted on any other changes that may happen. I should have looked harder in finding a new apartment. Just keep that in mind when you go looking.
