My wife and I moved here in NOV 2007 and have had no problems. Staff keep the grounds clean and the office people are friendly. The location is great because you are close to many restaurants on Belt Line and there are also a few grocery stores within a 5min drive, not to mention a huge Wal Mart and 99cent store. At night it is quiet, probably because most of the residents are young working adults or families with young kids. The pool is nice in the summer and the gym has all the basic equipment plus a tanning booth. Our apartment is a very large 2BR 2BA and there is plenty of closet space, plus our balcony has plenty of space for a BBQ and it has a storage closet. The summer is hear now and I do not get bugs or roaches or anything like I hear about in other places, but we keep the kitchen pretty clean and take the trash out almost everyday. We have two cars and there is never a problem with parking, I recently got a covered spot and for $20 a month that is very reasonable($0.66 per day). Our contract is up in April of 2009 and unless we buy a house we will stay here longer. I would recommend this place to any of my friends.
