I've lived here for 2 years and I like it. Although Management has changed several times the property is still clean. Laura or is it Lauren sorry lol she's always really sweet when I go to the office and the maintainence people are cool to. I wish I could say the same for some of the other management team.

I've never had maintainence issues or problems with noise. There aren't very many children but there's lots of room if you have them so they can play. Although the apartments next door (lakeside) are hood I haven't had any trouble with break-in's or anything. The gate here is 95% of the time closed unless it rains and the whole block goes out. The pool is clean.

I did read on one of the posts about rats/mice, well i have seen them but they are by the trash compactor and I've not had a problem with rats in the apartments and I live on the 1st floor. We do have a creek behind us so on occassion I will also see frogs, rabbits and turtles crossing the street lol. But again none in my apartment.

My light bill is reasonable for a 2/2 considering the windows and the water bill is the same every month about $30.

I have a carport and suggest you get one even if you have to walk because if you come in late you will have a walk and so will your guest unless yall get there early. Also I've never had a problem with towing and I like the fact that they don't have those "we live here" stickers on the car or make your guests get tickets to put in there car. I've had this at another complex and it sucked!

For the amenities and the rent its well worth it I always feel safe.

I hate I have to move, has nothing to do with the complex though.
