I just moved in to WestBridge(5/2009), and the only thing I like is the floor plan. So far my experience has NOT been so good. The management and staff are NOT helpful, because they are NEVER in the same page! It sucks having to call 2 or 3 times to place a work order. Just because every time you call it s a different person in the office who keeps forgetting to submit the order. The worst part is that they just changed management and it doesn t seem like this one is any better than the previous one. Plus the maintenance Supervisor ALWAYS seems to have a negative answer to all the requests!! He keeps making the decisions that the manager should be making!! It s UNBELIEVABLE!!! If you re still planning to move in to Westbridge make sure to call first to Negotiate the Price! I regret that I didn t do that because I could of had gotten the apartment for atleast couple of Hundreds cheaper than what I did- Seriously!!! And please make sure you ask if you re getting every single feature you see on the model before you move in!! Otherwise forget about getting it after you move in!! I also think they should convert the ugly/empty land they have in the mid-section of the Apts to something nice----a park would be nice!! Anything!! Instead of that lot- full of ugly bushes and nasty animals. Another thing I don t recommend is the loud music from the neighbors!!! It s annoying if you like a peace & quiet place.

Sounds like somebody pee'd in somebody's corn flakes this morning! I've NEVER had an issue with maintenance or the office staff that wasn't taken care of immediately and efficiently. I've been here over two years and highly recommend Westbridge every chance I get.

Gross nanmyers you must be one of those disgusting men that has a fetish with piss... I agree with the first post, the staff is horrible and not professional at all. They do not have any knowledge of what they are doing. These apartments have totally gone down hill...

Wow...let's be mature here. We all see that there is new staff in the office and should understand that there might be some growing pains as new people are trained or are learning the processes. If you would just take the time to get to know the staff and see them interact with people on a daily basis you would see a group of people who take pride in their work and are trying very hard to make this a wonderful place to live. I have been here since the property opened and have seen no change in the way the property is maintained and have really enjoyed getting to know the new staff. I bet these people posting negative things are not on here when they are having good experiences.
