The place is nice, great amenities. Maintenance crew is nice, sometimes it takes a while to get the work order complete. Down fall too many dogs and I mean big dogs. The staff has changed numerous times and this is a downfall especially when it did not change for the best. I think the price is way too high to be next to the ghetto apts next door. Walls are way too thin. I am not interested in others conversations and I suggest that fat people live on the first floor. If you like quiet it's probably best that you live on the 3rd floor that way you have no one above you. Lately I have noticed that they are letting just about anyone in the apartments we must be turning into the apartments next door in which they need to be demolished. I saw a kid drowning in the pool area b/c the ghetto people had their ghetto family over and were not paying attention to their 10kids in the pool area and one of them falling from where the fountains are into the pool itself. Which i don't think the fountains were meant to hang out at. Way to go westbridge.

I personally think that this is an extremely rude review on many levels. I shopped around a lot when my lease came up for a renewal and thought the pricing here was very comparable for how nice they are and the location. I love being close to the highways and to Addison. We have a lot of upgrades in our apartments that you can't find at really cheap apartments. I had a friend move in recently who said that the application process was very thorough and that she had to make 3x the rent and that credit scores had to be pretty high to qualify. That doesn't sound like the screening process is lax to me. From what I am hearing from other people, they think that these apartments are really quiet and I personally never hear any of my neighbors and I live on the second floor. Just to clarify, I don't think the amount of money you make can take the ghetto out of some people...and I would question why you would consider that you don't qualify for that..just from reading what you wrote, makes me wonder.
