I just recently moved in here and loooove my apartment and the people who helped me with the process that is normally so stressful. I was so impressed with the office staff from the minute I walked in. I could tell that there had been some recent changes in the office and they were very helpful to each other and went out of their way to follow up with me before I moved in and even after. I've had a couple of items that I needed to have done in my apartment and the maintenance were prompt and courteous. I was thrilled that I got a follow up call to make sure my work had been done correctly. I have referred a friend to live here and she was just as happy with her experience too. It always amazes me to see what people write on here and I just take it with a grain of salt because there was no question to me that this is one of the most professionally run properties that I've lived in and I have lived in some very high end properties. You can tell that the staff enjoys their work and all the residents I've met at the pool love the staff and have lived here for many years. I don't hear any of my neighbors and I live on the second floor. I asked some of the long term residents about their experience and they all have said it is community living and there isn't any noise that isn't normal or disturbing. Noise sensitive people should consider moving to a house, although my experience of living in a house is that even that can be loud. People with dogs, people who have parties, people who mow their grass early...I love it here and will continue to recommend more people. I love that they have a protected green belt in the middle of the property
