I lived previously at the Mansions At Coyote Ridge (a hell hole), and I could not be happier with the level of professionalism and commitment to quality that I have experienced with Winddance. The staff (all of the staff, I might add) exudes a high level of class and ownership that I have never experienced at previous properties. This property, under the leadership of Jennifer Spiers, is head and shoulders above the competition. Move here now. You will not regret it.

Coyote Ridge is not a Hell Hole. I thought I was going to choose this property, but after reading this, It is an insult to downtalk where I choose to reside. I like Mansions, now Bella Vida.

helpme-- you couldnt be more wrong about coyote ridge, the property is horrible. ive live their for almost 2 yrs and all the bad reviews that you read about it is true. i am currently a resident their and will be moving here in a matter of days.

Jennifer Spears is a dumb nut-job. I actually left WindDance because of her incompetency and even let the head property manager know that. And before her was a bonehead named Sopha or Soapa or something like that. She was a completely useless waste of life. Apart from the useless staff, the property is actually is good. Its about time they had some true professionals working there.

Winddance-Well,I just moved out and I did realy like my apartment.What I didnt like was the staff there.Many fishy things happened with the staff.Paticulary, recently an overweight caucasian young woman working at the front desk gave me attitude.I repeatedly went to the office to receive a package however she would give me constantly give me attitude back saying I should of recieved a slip at my door in an annoyed way.I told her repeatedly I didnt please check and she give me a disgusted look,but moved her large body a few steps to see.Now only,after I moved out is when I called again and stated that my package has been delivered 6 days ago when I tracked it online.The mini manager was professional on the phone.However,hen,I went to pick up my package the obese young lady gave me attitude again after I gave her the facts asking me if my apt number was on it!!! I said YES it was! Did she apologize? NOPE! Staff is horrible and doesn't show any respect.
