Wouldn't be my first choice

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The only reason we moved here was because they gave us a great deal. However, we can hear our neighbors above us and below us. We can smell our neighbors cigarette smoke through our laundry room. We had to take the door off our bathroom to get our washer and dryer in. Parking can be bad if you live in certain buidings. The office staff is nice but forgetful. We have seen a lot of cops in the parking lot lately.
