Wind Dance Apartments

My family and I lived in Wind Dance Apts for 6 months while building a house. We had constant maintenance issues like flooding of plumbing, kitchen appliance repairs, etc. Worse, they ripped us off when we moved out. We paid a deposit of $450 (included a pet deposit) and left the apartment in emmaculate condition. We expected a refund of at least a portion of our deposit. We also thought we had a great relationship with the office staff. They sent us a bill for $125 for "cleaning and repairs". We disputed the bill via a letter and followed up with a call to the office. We were told they were reviewing our records and would let us know if we owed money. Two months later we received a notice from a collection agency for the $125. They sent it without even contacting us first. We tell everyone we know to steer clear from that place.

Kat- You know that is not true. I remember you & none of the above happened. In fact, emmaculate is not the word I would describe you leaving the apartment in. As for constant maintenance issues, false again. You were very well taken care of. |
