all the negative comments are probably just pissed off residents that left and didnt get their deposit because they left it in horrible condition..or they are people who just like to complain!! The new staff is great, very helpful and acknowledges problems. I have live here for two years and love it!!! These apartments are very nice and the wonderful staff makes it better. As far as the crime... there isnt any.

You're kidding right??? The previous management got every request I ever submitted completed within 24 hours (or the same day in most cases), replaced light bulbs, fixtures, caulking, screen doors, etc. without giving the residents any flak about it. They were polite, accommodating and offered a heck of a lot more amenities when they were here. Let???s not forget the most important part ??? attitude! The previous management had a ???can-do??? attitude. All you get with these jokers are a bunch of excuses, threats or ultimatums. The new management sucks. The first thing they did was jack up the rent, remove several of the amenities, create a strict fining system (without notifying the residents about it) and their response time for maintenance is ridiculous. God help you if you complain, you'll only be met with rudeness and a "we-don't-have-to-help-you" attitude. One more thing: no crime???!!! Where have you been? Every neighbor that I've talked to has had a problem with their cars being vandalized (unless they park in a garage). Oddly enough, this all started after new management took over. Hmmm, coincidence? I think not. Previous management didn't have any problems keeping the gates operational or ensuring that there was a police officer patrolling the property at night, but these guys can't seem to get it together. Wow - why am I not surprised. The only feeling this group gave me was that they wanted as much money they could get from me as quickly as possible and provide the least amount of service possible. You know, just enough to skim by. Disgraceful.

i definitely agree. property manager is so rude.
