At first glance Wind Dance Apartments would appear to be a fabulous place to live. The floorplans and considerably nice. The access to shopping, major highways and other amenities help to "seal the deal" for the prospective tenant. The exterior noise level is no more than that of other busy spots. However, the interior noise is enough to shatter the sound barrier on ocassion. If you don't mind constant thumping, bumping, and dragging of furniture then this is the place for you. However, it you like to read a book, sleep, or watch a movie in silence you might want to reconsider. If you're a dog lover and you don't mind the "poop" from other people's pets all over the place, again this is the place for you. But if you want to walk where normal people should be able to walk, think again. Maintenance could use some help. Funny huh!, that's what they are here to do for us. It's not all management's fault. The tenants, your neighbors, have a lot to do with everything. Consideration for others is the key. This review is not from a "pissed off tenant" but from one who has seen the original beauty and offerings of the community and wishes it could have remained that way.
