I have lived here for over a year and have had very little problems here. Everytime I need a light bulb changed or something fixed in my apartment, I have no problem getting someone out to fix it. I even needed someone to catch the cable guy because I was stuck in traffic and they sent someone out to let him in and stay while they installed my cable. I did have some problems with my neighbors being loud one night, but I called the security officer and was asleep in about 20 minutes. There are some times I have trouble parking outside my building, but I find parking the next building over... closer than a parking spot at the mall or the grocery store. I live on the first floor, feel safe, and comfortable... Not to mention most of my friends are jealous of my apartment.

I couldn't agree more! I've been here for a few years now & love it! The staff are friendly and maintenance is great. Any requests I have are usually completed within the same day, regardless of what I need fixed or replaced. Neighbors are very nice; this place has always given me a sense of community. Most of my friends are jealous of my apartment too (especially the huge bathroom)!
