I have lived at Wind Dance since just before the change of management in 2006. My experience with the prior management was sketchy at best and really not that pleasant. Things did not improve until the last year or so. In that time the quality of life here has improved a hundred fold. Residents with pets were notorious for not picking up after them, there did not seem to be any real standards for residents, the grass was full of weeds, shrubs unattended and flowers - well just sad. There was quite a bit of turnover in the office and I never knew who would answer the phone. My how things have changed - and for the better. The office staff is consistent, friendly, courteous and responsive. Maintenance requests are taken care of the same day I ask for them. Anyone who leaves their trash out or doesn't pick up after the pet is fined. The grass is weed free, shrubs trimmed and well manicured and the flowers since last summer and through the winter have been beautiful.
