I have never had to deal with individuals in a corporate office like these. By far the biggest idiots I have ever encountered! There are obviously not very high qualifications when it comes to being a Trimarchi/Wind Dance employee! They also charge a ridiculous amount of money for apartments that are cheaply made, and bottom of the line. You are not getting your monies worth! There are brand new properties right down the road charging less.

This individual is obviously very unhappy. I have lived here for 4 years and completely happy. Maybe the price keeps out some undesireables. Structurally sound/sturdy buildings (sorry I have an engineering degree and you do not) that are nicely appointed. The staff is truly friendly and accommodating. Management here is fair and everyone gets the same rules and regulations... you always know where you stand that way. Or maybe this person just got fired from Wind Dance.
